Thank you so much! I felt so relaxed and even some tingling lol. I ended up getting really tired and passed out. I never sleep through the night and i slept like a baby. I woke up this morning feeling alive and not like I wanted to go back to sleep. I was also super thirsty so funny you said to drink lots of water.

I actually feel great! My muscles are not sore at all. I also noticed I haven't been grinding my teeth and I have felt super motivated!

During our last session, I could feel the the energy work. It felt really warm and comforting. I got so relaxed I fell asleep. I'm amazed at how powerful the sensations are at a distance.
